How it Works:
MediClear PostOp Absorb is a hydrophilic foam that is placed between a perforated soft silicone adhesive wound contact layer and a highly breathable but water and bacteria proof polyurethane transparent film. The advanced construction facilitates dynamic fluid management to reduce the risk of maceration, while the silicone adhesive layer ensures atraumatic removal at dressing changes. MediClear PostOp Absorb can be left in place without the need for secondary retention and is easy to apply and remove.
